Dry-Lining - Dry-Lining is a procedure where plasterboard is screwed to you wall (wooden or metal joists) then taped and skimmed over ready for emulsion or wallpaper.
Overboarding - To overboard is to screw new plasterboards over the top of the original plaster (predominantly the ceilings in some cases) and then plaster over the top.
Re-Skims - A Re-skim is to skim over existing plaster or possible artex to create a smooth and beautiful finish all ready to receive new emulsion or wallpaper.
Dot & Dab. Skim Service - Dot & Dab is to stick plasterboard onto brickwork or blockwork and then tape over the joins and finally skim with plaster to a beautiful finish so that its ready to receive emulsion or wallpaper.
